每天練習短跑60公呎 來回5次
每天下來你的瞬發力一定會變好
but 要有恆心 要增加體適能 不是一天兩天的事

2.練習腳踩的速度~腳能快速的交換
3.練習擺手的速度~手能快速的擺動
